The Leading Care Company is expanding its team and looking for caring, compassionate care workers to support adults living at home with a range of needs throughout Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead, and surrounding areas.
We currently have full time and part time care vacancies available with immediate starts. We have morning, evening, and night shifts available. We’re looking for carers who may already have experience as a support worker or in domiciliary care or those without experience looking to become a care workers as full training will be given.
Your duties as a care worker will be varied depending on the needs and wishes of each client, and may be a mix of personal care, home help services and companionship.
Duties of a care worker may include:
-Provide companionship
-Oversee medication and provide medical support
-Help with mobility around the home
-Help with personal care
– washing, bathing, toileting
-Help with general domestic duties
-Prepare and cook meals
Care workers MUST have a Valid UK Driving License (with access to a vehicle for work purposes) and have the Right to Work in the UK.

As their Registered Domiciliary Care Manager you will be based at the Sanaa Health Care office, working very closely with the Executive Team to manage and develop a bespoke service for people requiring care and support in their own homes. This is more than just another registered manager position its an opportunity to be instrumental in the continued growth and development of a high achieving business venture, that challenges the traditional landscape of home care.
Requirements:
• Minimum of L5 qualification or equivalent
• Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
• Knowledge of care assessments, care reviews and care planning
• Understanding of Local Authority and Clinical Commissioning Group contacts
• Excellent communication skills and impeccable organisation and planning skills
• Competent IT user
• Desirable – Car driver with access to an insured vehicle
Responsibilities include:
• Day to day management of care and carers
• Oversee the company and CQC compliance
• Lead on client visits
• Undertake assessments and reviews
• Lead of recruitment of community carers
• Manage and maintain auditing standards
